everytime i connect my z10 to bb link and try to sync anythink it comes up with a connection error
i was able to back the phone up fine and updated the software without an issue just wont let me sync

just asan update i've installed the new version of link and still the same unable to sync z10 to my laptop even uninstalled everything and tried again it keeps saying devise unplugged whilst installing drivers can i get e responce please

Im having the same problem, updated the Link software and now it wont see my Z10 and insists I reload the Z10 software.
How and where do I get support ? or how do I load the old Link software ?
