Re: blackberry link does not work

Hello KarlNapp,

To better assist you I have a few questions:

What is your is you full OS version on your PC?

What anti virus program are you currently running on your PC?

Do you have Account Control enabled in Windows?

If you right click on the BlackBerry Link Software and select Run as Administrator, does BlackBerry Link open?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you.

-HB
