blackberry link

I have downloaded blackberry link. It recognized pictures/video and documents. BUT no access to my Itunes library.  Any reason. I have 2 computers and it seems to work all right on the Windows 8 but not on my Windows 7 updated to Windows 8.  The first computer is at the office so it is not functional to have to go there to update music.

Any suggestions?

Re: blackberry link

Hello manitoubeach and welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.

To clarify, you are unable to access your Music files on your Microsoft Windows 7 computer? Is this running 32 or 64 bit encryption?

Do you get any error when you go to access the music folder? If so, what's that error?

When you go to BlackBerry Link and the Music settings, is the folder being mapped to the correct locations of your iTunes or do you store your iTunes music in the My Documents>My Music folder?

Thanks!
