Tried to load the BES 10 universal device but cannot log into the administrator console.  Keep getting username or password is not correct even tho I know it is correct.  When I look in the console log, I see the following (replaced full server name with "FQDN")

I looked up the error message and it brings me KB29603 but don't see anything that may apply.

Looks like the password of the user is incorrect. As far as I remember you can install it again and choose a new password for the admin account.

Unfortunately that is not it.  I must have re-installed it about 10 times within our virtual enviroment.

Did you try a use an account that make an install? U think in every BB servers installation it works.
