Error 3007: Server is not avaliable. Please try again later or contact your administarator.

Hi,

When I tried to to connect any IOS device on my UDS I receive the following message:

"Error 3007: Server is not avaliable. Please try again later or contact your administarator."

When I tried to reach the server via Safari I received a certification error that could not identify the identity of the server.

We have signed with our Internal Certificate Authority, I'm not sure if that is the problem.

Any help?

Thanks

Try this : Can you telnet to the IP and port 443 or the server on the internal network?

Can you telnet to the external IP and port 443 from the outside?

It will help you see if check if the issue is with the server ports and or the corp firewall.

Try sending your CA root certificate tot he ipad. Send it to the ipad ( i.e. using gmail and downloading it through web mail ) and then try again.

Hey Renatieri,

Welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.

Check out the following article that covers the cause of  Error 3007: Server is not available. Please try again later or contact your administrator:

iOS device displays "Error 3007: Server is not available." when trying to activate with the Universal Device Service

I hope this helps.
