I have recently experienced that several ios units don't check in with the server. You can see that last conctact date is many days ago, or since the activation date.
I noticed this also when a user brought in their ios device for a checking on another issue. I noticed that apps we had removed a week ago were still there and that their ios was still showing 5x in UDS while they were at 6x. So I went ahead and deactivated / reactivated. Will monitor more closely.
