since few days I observed multiple address book are visible on my bb 8520. this has created two enteries of each number I have in record.  How can I delete contacts associated with additional e-mail id ?  How can avoid this problem in future. thnx nilesh

Do it manually, or sync the contacts into Outlook, fix it in Outlook, and sync back into BB.

you delete this by using reset to factory option, but it also delete your app. better delete it manaually
