BlackBerry Pearl - BlackBerry 8200 Series Smartphone

I don't see how to set a speed dial on the 8220.  It isn't mentioned in the minimal documentation I have from T-Mobile.  I found it on this site but what it tells you to do doesn't match the menus on my phone.  Does anyone know how to set a speed dial on the 8220?
