8100- Need Service Book update

Anyone know how I can obtain the Service Book update for my 8100? I went to the T Mobile store and also worked with phone tech support and they couldn't provide it. I have lost MMS capability. Apparently I have "missing certificates" and need a current service book from BB.

Re: 8100- Need Service Book update

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan enabled on your account with your carrier or mobile provider?

You must, in order to get the RIM push email functions you are looking for, as well as addtional BlackBerry data services such as the internet browser, Facebook for BlackBerry, BlackBerry Messenger, and much more.

No, if that's the "BIF" blackberry internet function. The tech chat person said that was one way, but they thought there was a way I could update thru BB, but I have scoured the BB support and not found one.

Odd thing is that MMS worked fine until a few weeks ago.

Re: 8100- Need Service Book update

There's not such thing as "BIF".

You must have either BIS or BES service, or on Tmobile you can get what they call the "BlackBerry Feature Enable".

Ask Tmobile. No one here can do it, on Tmobile can.
