8120 windows and yahoo wil not connect

Hi i have a 8120 on the UK orange network. I have used msn and yahoo messengers on my unit before but i have recently received a new one. The new unit will not let the messaangers sign in. This si aslo the case for the Facebook app. I also have found that i have only a hotspot browser and nothign else. Anyone any ideas?

You have any blackberry data plan?

if yes visit www.mobile.blackberry.com to download Facebook and MSN
