Nop, if you have all the calendar entries in your Outlook, delete the calendar data on the device and sync again, here is the link with the procedure

Thanks for that. Running Desktop manager version 4.6.0.14 and it doesn't seem to have any of the places that the instructions point you to. As a result I reset all connections to my phone, but did not manage to clear my device calendar. Still perplexed, and have since changed to updating only future events, which seems to work.
Is there support for the OS 4.6, in order to do what you are suggesting? Thank you for your time to respond, it's much appreciated.

1) In calendar, options, general options what do you have for the option 'Keep Appointments"?
2) In calendar, options are you using a calendar associated with an email address?
If you look at the device default calendar, do you have any records listed?
Thanks,

Hi Bifocals
Thanks for your welcome... I think this could be a very useful forum to keep in touch with!
In answer to your questions...
1) "Keept appts" was previously 60 days... now changed to forever
2) Yes, associated with an email address.
3) Yes, records are listed.
Based on the change to Keep appts from Q1, I will go back and re-upload my outlook calendar, including all past entries, and see if this makes a difference.
Cheers
