After repeated complaints, I finally got T-Mobile to give us new Blackberries. But, they're 8120's, and they cost us each 80 bucks. That was as far as I could negotiate with them. No 2 year extension, no shipping, just the 2-year price. (to do this, just insist on being "escalated" to a higher authority on the phone). I had to get to the 4th level of support person to get this "deal". Now I have to use OS 4.5 (boo), and I'm left with 2 crappy 8220's that are just collecting dust......
RIM, please issue a recall. These phones are absolute garbage.
p.s. I'm an attorney, and am asking my class-action oriented friends what our options are....
