I just aquired one. Not from a dealer. I bought it for the wifi phone as I like the southwest and there are blank areas there, but you can find wifi. Just seeing all the complaints has me worried. I got the phone home, didn't take long to set up, and it was easy to set up. I'm used to Sony Clie PDAs, so the BB made sense. Have everything just the way I like it, the wifi found my home connection, the BT found an old cheap Plantronics and prompty paired with it. Figured out how to use my midi ringtones, I like .mid, most of the stuff is free and no vocals. The SD card is being recognized, and I changed the wallpaper. The camera isn't too bad. I just lowered the size to medium. As long as I'm keeping the photo on the card, no big deal. I have a DSLR and a Bridge camera that I keep handy anyway. I refuse to use text messaging - I hate to type. I'm not planning on using the email or other apps. I travel with a computer just so I can see my photos and store them. Therefore, I can get stuff using free wifi and not the phone. The phone rings loud enough, I can hear it in the next room. Just by the ringtone, I know who called. I can hear voice really well. I hope I don't have the problem I had with a RIZR. Every time I pulled it from the holster, I upset something. Usually the volume, and no way of telling. There are probably many satisfied users, but I guess they don't post. Gamma
