BB pearl 8220; Provider is Rogers (Canada); OS: v4.6.0174 (platform4.1.0.58)

 

I've read many horror stories about this phone and BT issues but I haven't seen my problem anywhere yet.  So here it is:

 

BT pairs up with phone with absolutely no issues.  The only problems is that I can hear others thru the headset, but now one can hear me.  Is there something that I did accidentally (no the mute is off) like disconnected something??  Please advise as this phone belongs to the wife and of course it's all my fault!!!!! :smileyhappy: 

 

I know it's not the BT peice malfunctioning as I've tried 3 different ones and they're all the same!!!!
