I'm sorry if you took offence at my words...I did not intend to "correct" anything...I'm merely saying that, for me, your post was very difficult to understand given the content, formatting, the use of caps, etc. As such, I could not tell, from your post, if you had or had not properly conducted the steps I outlined above in post 6. Consequently, since I could not fully and clearly understand your situation, I could not determine how to proceed in trying to help you...and asked for clarification and details so that I can understand and perhaps thereby be able to provide you with useful assistance.

But, that all is of course moot now since you've decided to go elsewhere for help.
