So iv had the blackberry for just under a week and already im having problems with it. First of all the browser icon is missing from my menu the only way to get on the internet is to go to switch applications and the browser icon is there. Second issue which im having the biggest problem with is that my phone wont receive any SMS texts all of a sudden. Earlier today it was working fine and now it just stopped. I tried a battery pull tried turning my phone off and back on and still nothing. I only keep receiving constant duplicates of the same last txt I received.
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
