BUG: Vibrate after Call Answer

When set to vibrate mode, the phone will continue the current vibrate for a second after the call is answered resulting in a loud buzzing noise audible to the calling party

 

BlackBerry 8130, v4.5.0.77

LOL. The only workaround is to carefully time my pickup or press volume down to stop the vibrate and then answer. Let me know what you think. Should be easy to solve through a software update.

You can try reducing the number of vibrations in the Profile.

Try looking in 'Profile', 'Tactile Alerts', 'Vibrate with Ring Tone'... set this to 'Off'.
It worked for me.

Update on this one... I have the Bebuzz app installed and one of the Vibrate alerts was set in Call Connect/Disconnect... so I deactivatred it, d'ohhhhhhhhh... Needless to say it's stopped vibrating on call connect now!
