which software must I down load as they list a lot

I do not have the disc for the software

Desktop Manager 4.6 is the latest. You can download it from the BlackBerry website.

I downloaded the latest v.6

 the desk top manager

when you click on any function it dose not click

I configured Desktop Manager 4.2, 4.3, 4.5 and 4.6 successfully with XP PC!!! No problem occured. Please clarify a bit detail what type of problem you're facing? Are you getting any error while installing the application? Are you installing Desktop Manager with media manager or without media manager?

I did load  desktop 4.6

yet when I want to use it, it appears yet I cannot use it is there on the screen yet when I point to a function on it it want work it want click and nothing happens

I guess you're having some uncompatibility issue with your desktop/laptop. If possible use desktop manager in another computer and observe the behavior. If you're able to configure DM successfully in other PC then you become sure that computer is causing the trouble.
