I recently purchas8ed one Blackberry 8130 from e-bay. This mobile is sold as "Carrier not assigned". I took this mobile to reliance webworld and try getting the my reliance no. activated on my mobile. The Webworld updated the details onto thier database also and asked me to dial *228. when I try doing that I am getting an error message as "call failed - Activation was unsucessfull".
The signal of my mobile is showing as Yx , always. I tried many ways , but nothing is working out. Please note that my mobile is a Non-Sim based. The model is RBS21CW and Handheld version 4.5.0 bun 281
Please advice on how to correct this issue....
