I have a user that is having a little trouble with their Blackberry at the moment.
We currently use a BES Server (Version 4.1.6) alongside Microsoft Exchange (Version 5.5) and the user is using the Blackberry Model 8110 alonside Platform Version 220.127.116.11 and Blackberry Version 18.104.22.168.
His initial issue was that he couldn't synchronise his emails with his Outlook on his PC. We managed to resolve this by just re-activating his Blackberry but then he had a huge list of emails hat he couldn't seem to delete. After checking the Delete On options it was just set to Handheld, so we changed it to Mailbox and Handheld and he could delete most of them fine, apart from however 4 seperate dates going back a few months.
We've resent the IT Policy and Service Book, re-activated his Handset, Removed him off the BES Server and Re-added him and also upgraded the Firmware for the device. But none of this seemed to of worked.
