Blackberry Maps not visible

I have a new BB Pearl 9105 and cannot find the Blackberry Maps application.

I can see it is installed when using the Blackberry Desktop Software on my PC.

 

Device is a BB Pearl 9105 running OS 5.0 bundle 1476

 

GPS is working with other applications (Google Maps, GPS Tools,....)

Look at your Options > Applications.

Do you see it installed there? Check under the upper right tab for Add-on?

ok.

 

Some carriers disable the use of BlackBerryMaps, I know AT&T in the USA does this.

I don't know about Mobistar. Have you called and asked them?

 

Anyway, if you have use of GoogleMaps Mobile, quite honestly, it is a better mapping and gps navigation application anyway. Use it.
