Did again error message came up on phone so i installed new os using blackberry desktop software no joy the same message came back up once phone booted back up. Starting to think phone is scrap now.

It sounds like you have a device that might have been a pre-release or beta device.
You've done everything I can think of.
Have you tried downloading and installing a different OS to the PC and to the BlackBerry or have you installed the same OS each time?

No, I don't know where you can send it.
I don't know who your mobile provider is, you have typed "UNLOCKED" in that section of your profile. You can call your mobile provider for technical support, and any issue which they cannot resolve, they should escalate up to RIM level tech support.

Yes phone is unlocked i got it brand new off ebay. It worked fine with my Vodafone pay monthly contract sim for over two years. As soon i reset phone to get my info off this message came up.
