Hello i was wondering if someone could help me as i am having problems with my blackberry pearl 8120. The phone just keeps loading and wont let me access anything like my bbm which i am getting more and more messages threw the time that i am unable to click on it to delete them and i cant access my text messages or recieve phone or anything and it comes up with "uncaught exeption application net_rim_bb_phone_app79) is not responding; process terminated.

What could be wrong with my phone and how can i fix it??

I'm not quite sure exactly what you mean by that, but anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.

Now, if that's what's already happening (e.g., it won't complete the reboot cycle), then you may need to attempt Safe Mode:
