Hi

I have problem with this app.  Version is installed is 1.0.10.25

The problem is that I can't log into MyBB ID from the smartphone.

I'm getting message "The Blackberry Protect service is temporarily unavailable" every time I'm triying.

Using wifi connection and i tried to set another BB ID account but same story.

Need help!

can you try connecting using 3G instead of Wi-Fi ?

Ireland is among the country that can use BlackBerry Protect. I'm in France, I just connected my Storm2 half an hour ago.

I have the same ".. Service temporarily unavailable" problem every time I try to use protect (from germany) and this independend, if I try it over Wi-Fi or not.

Do you have a solution till now???

I have no solution for it,i gave up in fact....

At the moment I found similar program from other producer that works fine - Smrtguard.
