I have a blackberry 8130 which is actually an AT&T model but had it unlocked for use through T-mobile. I have been using it since Sept 2009 and it has worked fine. In the past couple months or so its started to "auto delete" all my blackberry messenger conversations sometime 3-5 times a day (which is really irritating when someone has sent directions to somewhere and it deletes them for me before I needed them)
Anyway I also have Facebook installed on my phone and everytime it happens it also resets all my notifications back a few days and I lose all notifications between that time even if I havent opened it yet. Anyone else have this issues with this phone? T-mobile has no answers and I am not sure its the carrier as much as the phone sometimes my screen will go blank and have an error and an option to reset. We thought my phone may have gotten corrupted somehow so we did a hard reset and that didnt help so then we wiped out the phone and reloaded software and still having trouble. Its gotten more frequent. It was happening every couple weeks now we are down to every few hours. Already happened twice today. Im hoping its not on its death bed but if so I want to know now so I can switch phones before my next billing cycle hits so I can switch phones and get the blackberry data off my plan Thanks ![]()
