Can't sync with my work microsoft outlook

i tried to set up my work email through the tmobile blackberry internet email service, but it will not work.

the phones discription said it easily syncs with microsoft exchange email.

 

i dont want to pay the company to use their BES (cost $100) per month.

 

any help would be great.

 

my HTC worked fine with work email.

Please confirm that you're work email supports POP3 or IMAP protocol. Without these protocol support you won't be able to configure your device with work email.
