I exported some of the data to outlook and tried to synchronize with Blackberry but what ever I try it comes up with unexpected error without any number...

i still new in blackberry device, and i also facing a same problem, when i synchronize Outlook contact to BlackBerry device it never show any error(means that successful), but when i look into BlackBerry device contact it just showing few people(around 10 people), but i curious that why the total show more than the contact list(400++ contacts), so wondering how can i resolve the problem, need it urgently, thanks

So in the end we uninstalled the program from the PC and reinstalled then worked. For your problem it could be configuration setting. You can choose Synchronize and 2nd tab is for the configration, you need to choose what item you want to synchronise otheriwse try do the same thing I did!

i already change the settings previously, firstly it show cant synchronize address book, but i after i off the wireless sychronize it sychronized successful and prompt out synchronizing address book in box, my problem now is my BlackBerry device contact is less than my outlook contact, is that having others solution? thanks
