Cannot get audio with Blackberry Pearl 8130

HELP!  I for some reason lost my ring tones to my phone, nothing is on the audio.....it doesnt ring any more......just vibrates. I think I might have done something to wipe it out on the blackberry desk top......any suggestions?

1. If you have not already, remove your devcie from the USB cable and check the ringtones again.

 

2. If still nothing, reboot: With the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Thanks for the response. I have tried that and still nothing. It says " an error has occured attempting to play media......

It says this for all the ringtones and the pre ring tones loaded that came with the phone.  I dont know if I wiped something out from the desktop....????

Go to your Media icon and browse any song or ringtone, do you see them all?

Sorry for replying so late.....yes I do see the ringtones in media....no plays though
