Hello again, sorry for the delay. I'm not sure what else to offer you here...we've carefully explained what consumes AppMemory, and that some things you may look at may deceive you as to what is actually consuming AppMemory (since so many different things consume it, you have to look many places if you really want to fully map out ALL that consumes it). Depending on your complete circumstances (and just telling us Messenger, FaceBook and the smiley app is not adequate for understanding everything), the amount of free AppMemory may well be the maximum you can gain since the things you have installed/running/storing data are consuming what they are consuming. But, again, it's impossible to know given what you've told us. FYI...the SD card is totally irrelevant to AppMemory readings...
So, if you've looked at your database sizes, the amount of AppMemory that all apps are consuming, plus the amount of AppMemory that the core OS (and extensions) is consuming, then you should hopefully be able to get to a value that is reasonably close to the amount of AppMemory consumed. And, with that, you have to decide...what to remove so as to free up more AppMemory.
