Crazy & Scary Icons... Pls do sth peeps!!!

I noticed 3 strange black icons with a question mark on them: music, pictures & videos. I can't delete them but I can hIde them. I want them gone forever! They work as links 2 the app they represent. Does RIM have a hand in this??? Pls HELP!!! Thanks in advance...

You really can't delete those "pushed" application installation shortcuts, not very easy. This is simpler:

Do this: create a folder on your homescreen and name it "Junk" (you might choose to be even more creative the folder name :smileyhappy: ). Now, Scroll to each unwanted icon and press the Menu key > Move to Folder and move it to the "Junk" folder. Do that for each you don't want.

Now scroll to that "Junk" folder and select Menu > Hide.

Out of site, out of mind. Meanwhile, feel free to complain to Etisalat or on their own user forums.

Thanks JSanders. Well, I'll do just that since it seems there's no easy way 2 remove it. Just that my bb is a bit slower than usual and I'm trying 2 clean-up as many items I can. Thanks!

Those pushed icons are take very little space., 4-7kb each and make no real difference in memory space used. Just hide them. While they actually can be deleted through service books, they will reappear eventually.
