Device Memory Media

Anyone knows how to access photos that are saved in the device memory (NOT on a media card)?

I do not have a media card, but I have photos that are saved in the device memory.  I can't access them through the Desktop software (when I click on Media/Pictures, it tells me that media services are not available, to check that I have a card in the phone and that mass storage mode is turned on).  Well, how do we get the pictures that are on the device memory?

Windows explorer does not show the phone memory either.

I used to be able to access these through the older versions of the Desktop software.  The new one does not allow me to.

Re: Device Memory Media

There isn't really an easy way to get them.  On the device go to Media >Explore and move the photos to the media card.  Then you can get them from your PC.  Then make sure your camera is set to save pics on the media card.

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I am having the same exact problem and can't find how to do it.

Thanks!
