Let's ignore that other one and focus in your own thread here...especially since you've now provided some details...
So...what, exactly, does "it is not coming up" mean? What exact steps do you take (step by step, please!) and what exactly happens when you take each step?
As for AppWorld...that message is normal when you log into an existing AppWorld account from a new device...you can have only one BB registered to one AppWorld account, so it should also be offering to shift your AppWorld account over to this new device (which would drop the old BB from that AppWorld account). I suspect there are more details about this that you've not yet revealed as well.

Well, as I said, it should offer to shift your AppWorld account over to this new BB...but, as I asked above, exact and complete error messages are always more helpful than bits and pieces.
Plus...as for your email, you've not yet added any information, so I've nothing more on that either.
