Email Account Transfer

I recently moved from a Pearl 8130 with Telus Mobility to a Pearl Flip with Bell Mobility. The transfer and device switch went great, but, it sent the account I had through Telus (xxxxx@telus.blackberry.net), also. Since I am not with Telus anymore, I figured I would delete it and be down with it all, but, it wont give me an option to. I tried doing it through the old handset, new handset, online BlackBerry email site, etc. I even closed out the email account all together before transfering. None of it has worked. How do I get it off my phone?

Re: Email Account Transfer

Did you try settings folder > manage Internet email > email accounts and delete it. If you can't access that account that way then maybe you could delete the service books for that account, options > advanced options > service books > and find the two service books for that email account. Highlight one and click menu button and select delete.

Re: Email Account Transfer

Thankyou and HI.  How to transfer existing google email account, from the 8320 to the Bold 9700.

It would be wonderful if you could a) confirm this is possible, and if b) you could show the steps, it would be doubly wonderful.

Thank you.
