Hi,
Try one more thing, before we delete and recreate the email address.
Go to options, advanced options, Host routing.
Click to enter, press menu key, select register now.
You will get a congratulations message. Once you received the message,
call a friend with a different email address and have them email you.
We need to have a different email address to test properly.

Re: Emails in Outlook
OMGosh...just figured it out totally by accident (or maybe I am just dense!). When Outlook is open on the PC email goes ONLY there...not to the BB at all. As soon as I closed out Outlook the very next email I got went to the BB. But none of the emails that had already arrived in Outlook and were off the server showed up. Sheesh. Hotmail doesn't work like that at all,,,email goes to both at the same time. So thanks so much for your help...problem solved (well, unless I want email in both places...but I can live with this!). If you specify leaving a copy of the message on the server in your email providers account
you will get the message in both places.
