Emails in Outlook

I just added a cox (outlook) email address to my BB in addition to the origial hotmail (MSN) account I set up initially.  I continue to receive emails from hotmail and received one random one from the cox address but no more!  Emails continue to arrive in my Outlook inbox but are not being delivered to the BB.  Help!

Re: Emails in Outlook

Hi and welcome to the forums!

Go to options advanced options, Host Routing Tables, click to enter. DO NOT click on any listing.
Press menu key, and select register now.
You will get a verification email. Then go to email settings and send service books.
Some models like the Curve 8330 and Pearl require logging into the carriers BIS site
via PC.
You will get an email per account. Then test the emails.

Thanks,

Re: Emails in Outlook

Thanks for your reply!  I was with you up until email settings and send service books.  That does not seem to be an option that I can find in email settings.  Suggetions?  azlori

Hi,

When you setup your email address you were asked for a username and password.

This is not the email address, it's your username and password for the BIS site.

On your PC login to the site, on the left hand side of the screen select send service books

Thanks,

Re: Emails in Outlook

OK did that, received a confirmation email that the account had been successfully set up and I should begin receiving emails in approx. 20 minutes...that was 45 min ago!  I'm thinking that didn't solve the issue...any other ideas??
