Just upgraded service to include GPS & Web functions but none are available on my Pearl. When I go to Options, Advanced Options, GPS shows Data Source as "Device GPS" and Services as "Location On". In Services there are "No Services Present"
I am trying to use these functions:GPS, text messaging, web browsing. None of this functionality is on the Pearl. There are no services listed, no icons to execute.
I have the same problem. I do not have the data plan, though. As far as I understand, the device is supposed to show us our GPS location with or without any plan since it has an in-built GPS. Please do let me know if you find a solution.
I let you know when I solve the problem. In my case, I have two phones on the same account. One of my phones is enabled with these functions the other is not.
