FlIp 8220 BBM Gone

Recently we turned our friendly carrier provided z10's. I use a 9780 temporarily and my wife the old flip 8220. The BBM is gone and wiping it does not bring it back and the app world is gone of the phone too? Conecting it to the club does not do anything??? Any body have ideas?

Hello,

To reinstall BBM, you can always go to, from the BB Browser, this link:

But please do first make sure that your carrier has migrated your BIS account back to your pre-Z10 BBs...when you moved to the Z10, they may actually have removed BIS entirely since the Z10 does not use it...but you need BIS again now that you are on older BBs.

Sorry. The auto correct club. I meant to say cpu. It worked!  I did not try to put app world back on. But I did have to solemnly use my wifi to do it and it kept asking me if I wanted to override the old software.???  Thanks
