Phone was originally a work phone, now personal. But originally set up to change keypad lock every 90 days and to have 6 attempts. Work no longer set up with BES so they can't help?
For first time ever i changed keypad lock code and now can't remember it. It have used up 5 out of 6 attempts and am now on last attempt,
I cannot lose all my data. Is there anyway on this earth to reset keypad lock or get more than 6 attempts. I am desperate

There is no way to reset the password or a backdoor to the password. You simply must remember it.
If you have made a backup of your data, you can restore it to the device once it wipes on the 10th incorrect password entry.
Are you sure you just don't know the password at all.. no clue? Or perhaps you're just entering the known password incorrectly? Often users who have multiple numerals in their password will only press the ALT key for the first numeral and not those following, so for instance, if your password were "1234", you might have been pressing "Alt 1234" on the device, which makes the actual password to be "1ers".
Does that make sense? Does it sound familar to your usage?
So check the way you enter your password on the device... do you think you are entering multiple numbers but actually are not?
