I've got the following problem with my BlackBerry 8100..
When I receive a call the person calling me cannot hear my voice for the first 5-6 seconds, although I can hear him/her. Sometimes (e.g. when I plug in the headphones) this doen not happen.
Is there a cure for my Berry or should I toss it out of the window?.. (figuratively speaking)
Greatfull for any help!!

If that does not help do the following.
Backup your device data via BB Desktop Manager.
Download JL_Cmder and install it.
Connect your device to the computer via USB cable.
Run JL_Cmder and select an option - resettofactorysettings.

Pulling out the battery apparently solved the problem! Don't know for how long, if the problem returns quickly do you still recomend to reset it to factory settings or just keep pulling the battery out?
The phone is a company issue and I'm a bit worried what would a reset do to an e-mail service - I did not do the initial install, it was done by administrators, should I tell them to do it?

Do not reset phone if it is a company's phone.
Instead of that return the phone and ask for replacement if this problem occurs again.
