According to your recommendations:
Have you tried doing a wipe and try the WIFI before you restore a backup.
I tried that yesterday night, and it didn't work... :-(

I took the phone to technical service and it had an issue in the "electronic card" (or something similar)... They told me they would replace the phone...

To perform a hard reset ON your blackberry 8220, follow the steps below:
On the Home screen, click the Options icon.
Click Security Options.
Click General Settings.
Press the Menu key.
Click Wipe Handheld.
