HELP ON MY PEARL

I DISCOVERED THAT MY PEARL DISPLAYED ERROR 507 UNDER A CASSETTE LIKE ICON, SO MANY SUGGESTIONS WERE THAT I SHOULD RELOAD ITS OS . AO DO I GO ABOUT IT AND IS THAT THE SOLUTION.

The error message indicates that no applications are loaded on the BlackBerry smartphone. Check the below knowledge base article -
