HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

My screen has "   JUM ERROR 102  "       only! what have my bratty kids done .

                                    Reset

 

 

Is there any one out there that can help me? I've turned it off and on and taken battery out as well and sim card too. please help asap .thanks tabatha

KB10068 JVM Error 102

 

I can't answer how it occurred nor who could have caused it to occur, but the KB has the resolution steps for you to follow.
