HELP!!!

I have had so much trouble with the new 3g Pearl...mainly the tractpad...right now its freezing up on me, I have to totally reset the phone numerous times, and gigle the pad to get it to work! VERY frustrating...this is my 2nd phone before that I had the trackball....super suked! I went thru at least 5 phones with this issue....Any suggestions???
