I have the hourglass of death.
My device no longer receives emails.
I have 13mb or more of memory free and just 2 third party progs (VZ NAV and Sync JE Client)
Please don't tell me to take out the battery and then mark the case as "solved". Removing the battery only buys me a few moments.
I have Verizon service.
If anyone can solve this I would be greatly appreciated. Just being able to receive my emails again would help.

Backup your device info and wipe the device memory.
Options-Security options- General Settings
select from menu: "Wipe handheld"
after wipe - restore your data back.
