Headphone problem

I upgrade my bb8100 pearl at 4.5 OS then when I connect my headphone in my device it ask for voice command and i couldnt hear anything fron my headphone but in 4.2 OS it did not happend please solve this problem or u will remove bug from 4.5 OS.

Can you be a little more specific about what happens? The voice command is for voice dialing. I'm not sure how that affects headphone use.

Yes we have the same problem when i sock the ear/headphone it will automatically prompt the voice dialing and when i cancel and go to music player i can't hear sound on my ear/headphone if i change the set. on a handset mode!!! Plz any  suggestion on how to back normally???

Hi Kamran,


Try this -


When you device is POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery. This make a reboot to your device which resolves minor issues with the BlackBerry device.


If performing above doesn't resolve the issue then consider reinstalling your device OS.
