I have my email signature on my messages which is connected to my work email. I have tried to change my email signature on my phone, and ticked "no" to autosignature but it still appears. Can anyone help?

Thank you for your question regarding your email signature on your BlackBerry® smartphone.
This may be occurring because you are active on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server that enforces your signature and does not allow you to change it. If this is the case, we suggest that you contact your BlackBerry Enterprise Server Administrator for more information.
