This worked when I first got my phone and installed the software, but now I get an error message when I try to sync and the syncing stops. Any ideas on how to correct this? I can't find any reference to this error message and I don't know what "category length" is referred to although I assume it has to do with my Address Book. Any ideas?

My suggestion may sound extreme, but PocketMac is not considered by many to be reliable. 

Many of us have started using Missing Sync for Blackberry.  (*you can find this software at www dot markspace dot com).  I am not connected to this company in any way -.  Just search the forums... you'll find that most of us have moved to Missing Sync.  It's too bad that Rim hasn't given a better piece of software - PocketMac is hurting their reputation.

That being said, I have heard that they are developing a better solution (yawn...).
