Hi, I have purchased Blackberry 8230 Pearl (CDMA) model around a year back. The problem statement is when I connected the device with my laptop using BB desktop software at the same i was asked for new update available. I have clicked on install then after some bundle patch got applied. The time new bundle applied, BB services got stopped. I have raised the concern to service provider and response I got there is an issue with device itself and we are not able to help out. This is quite shocking for me and now I am in difficult situation where i can not use the BB mobile as BB service is not getting activated. Objective to have BB mobile to use service and since service cant be available its useless for me. Please help to get rid off this issue
