Re: How do i edit the service book on my pearl 8120

Greetings, and welcome to the BlackBerry.com Support Forums.

What did they send you? Can you post the file name?

You can't contact RIM directly without a per incident charge fee. Your carrier handles the initial support and warranty on the device, and you must go through the carrier. You can call them and ask to be bumped up to a RIM support level.

Try looking at Options > Advanced > TCP/APN and enter that info.

You can't create your own service book or edit it.

OK, well THAT is the place you would set the TCP connection.
