Open your Messages folder > Menu > View Folders > Missed Calls.
Open that folder and clear ALL of the missed calls.
Return to your homescreen... does that clear it?

thanks, I made all that you wrote me but, It doesn't works... are there more options to fix this problem?
You made all those? So, you've even done the last "wipe and reload the OS"?
Please, if you can be detailed in what you are doing, it would be helpful in troubleshooting your issue, but I don't think you've "made all".

ok, so a video would show you haven't done all, if you aren't quite sure what all of them are.
Wipe and Reload the OS, is quite an invasive and complicated process, in which you wipe all information from your BlackBerry and reload the Operating System. I would not recommend doing that one UNTIL you are positive that you have done all of the previous steps, AND if you are certain you know what you are doing.
Please be CERTAIN that you have done ALL of the previous suggestions. You should find the missed call and clear, open or delete it.
Likewise, have you changed the themes? Did the missed call notification show on the new theme? What theme name did you change to?

Hi! Has this problem been resolved? If not, I think your unit has to be reset. Mine happened last year and thought there was something major that had to be done. Brought it to Singtel SG and the guy only had to reset the whole thing.
Hope this helps.
